Definitely takes away some of the dodge, but it's not a miracle cure. Still need to put in time at the gym. That being said, it's definitely worth it and helps to conceal imperfections.

I put it on and looked in the mirror, and honestly, I did look slimmer. Guess that means it actually works. Either way, time to start a diet.

I was sceptical about this best but to my astonishment it really does hold your belly in.

It's really good. This is my second one, I have had a black one for about 5 months now and as far as I have been using it. It's really good. It keeps your tummy flat when your wearing it. It's not like a workout so don't expect it to keep you tummy flat after taking it off.

I know it doesn’t show much in the picture... but it really works. The material is super strong—you can pull and stretch it without worrying about it ripping. Plus, it’s completely invisible under my shirt, which was something I was really worried about. You can’t tell it’s there at all, and neither can anyone else. When I wear it, it gives me the confidence to be a bigger guy and still look good in the clothes I like to wear.

This shirt does what it is supposed to do, it smoothes you out.
